We are currently hiring 3 Senior Aerospace Engineers at $150,000/year each.

Role & Operating Model

We operate with a flat, decentralized structure designed for rapid execution. You will lead your own subteam, manage your allocated budget, and work independently while coordinating closely with fellow senior engineers. You will report directly to the Director, and as we scale, you will manage a subteam of junior engineers.

Candidate Requirements

Proven senior engineering experience or significant research background in high-speed compressible flow.
Direct experience with Rotating Detonation Engines (RDE) and hypersonic flows strongly preferred.
Ph.D. optional but highly preferred.
